Home-Based Telehealth for Chronic Disease Management: An interactive presentation of early findings

Please join us on June 14th from 8:00-11:30am for a presentation of our early findings from the CIHR funded Home-Based Telehealth for Chronic Disease Management Knowledge Synthesis, led by Principal Investigator Dr. Sandra Jarvis-Selinger.
