Home-Based Telehealth for Chronic Disease Management: An interactive presentation of early findings

Please join us on June 14th from 8:00-11:30am for a presentation of our early findings from the CIHR funded Home-Based Telehealth for Chronic Disease Management Knowledge Synthesis, led by Principal Investigator Dr. Sandra Jarvis-Selinger. The goal of this participatory knowledge synthesis project is to develop recommendations and findings that are directly applicable to a wide variety of users.

The workshop will begin with an introduction to the topic of telehealth for home-based chronic disease management. Other highlights will include:

  • Presentation of knowledge synthesis research method
  • High level findings to paint the landscape of the literature
  • Preliminary synthesis of articles that have already been identified as relevant
  • Roundtable discussion to solicit your feedback

Breakfast will be served from 8:00-8:30 AM and lunch will be available for all those staying to attend the afternoon BCATPR Conference in the afternoon (registration beginning at 12:00).
