A public health forum presented by our iCON (interCultural Online Network) project entitled “Chronic Disease Prevention: Learn How to Reduce Your Risk of Heart Attack, Stroke, and Diabetes” will be presented by the UBC Faculty of Medicine eHealth Strategy Office in partnership with health and community organizations. The live event will be offered in Cantonese with Mandarin translation available. Limited headsets available so register early!

Event Description: In order to reduce risk factors of Chronic Diseases such as heart disease, stroke and diabetes, one must control body weight and conquer the 3 HIGHS (high blood pressure, high blood lipid, and high blood sugar). Please join us and a panel of experts to learn more about disease prevention and some tips on how to effectively control and reduce risk factors!
