Study findings reveal that Chinese and Punjabi immigrant seniors in British Columbia have low eHealth literacy levels, compounded by challenges related to language, culture, attitude, and accessibility. As such, eHealth tools must be culturally-tailored and designed to address these barriers to better serve diverse populations.
