UPDATE: March 31, 2020
Thank you for your interest in the ED Patient App. With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are putting our regular research project on hold for the time being. Our team is working hard to help increase capacity for virtual care during the COVID-19 crisis, and our ED Patient App is being used to help that effort.
If you are a patient or member of the public and looking for more information about COVID-19, please see the BC Emergency Medicine Network website.
If you have recently called the 8-1-1 HealthLink BC line and had a consultation with a Virtual Physician, we would love to hear about your experience. Please follow this link to complete a brief, anonymous survey.
