At the eHealth Strategy Office, Mike is part of a small team of professionals who work in close partnership with other organizations in research, education, government and the community to explore and advance the study and use of innovative evidence based technology solutions which connect people to better health care.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in Accounting and obtained a Certified General Accountant (CGA) professional designation.
Notwithstanding his business education, Mike is a technology geek at heart and hence his work background includes extensive experience and leadership in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software development, project management, product life-cycle management, professional service management, solutions design and architecture, systems integration, research and development, and software engineering across various software and hardware platforms, primarily throughout the United States and Canada.
