The iCON Project Team and their stakeholders held a Knowledge Sharing Session as a part of our eHIPP series. Over the past year, the iCON project team has engaged multicultural communities, delivered current and relevant programming, and mobilized patients, caregivers and other stakeholders to raise public awareness in the prevention and self-management of chronic disease.
The purpose of this interactive webinar session was to share iCON’s activities and successes to date, the research and evaluation findings, and upcoming project endeavours. The iCON Project team engaged community partners and eHealth staff in a question and answer session to seek feedback on the iCON initiative to help shape the future direction of the initiative.
