This month a small group of our eHealth team’s project managers will be presenting best practices in project management. During the webinar we will be sharing the use of templates to develop project documents and focusing on the effective development of a project charter; we look forward to interactive discussion and the sharing of experiences on the unique challenges facing different types of projects.
Project Management was identified by our internal staff as a priority in our quest for continual professional development and the presenters in this webinar recently participated in a 2 day workshop on Project Management by a highly skilled and professional PM from the volunteer organization PM.Volunteers.
