Social Media and Health: The Good, The Bad and the Possible

The Peter Wall Institute of Advanced Studies at the University of British Columbia invites you to participate in a FREE exploratory workshop on social media and health.

Includes a great line up of speakers, including Dr. Eysenbach, the father of the Medicine 2.0 movement; Ms. Ana Lucia Ruggiero, knowledge management expert at the Pan American Health Organization; and Dean Giustini from UBC’s Biomedical Library.

The evening will by moderated by Ms. Gillian Shaw, the technology writer from Vancouver Sun.

Co-organized by the Faculty of Medicine eHealth Strategy Office, the Faculty of Applied Science, the School of Nursing, the Sauder School of Business and iSchool at UBC.
