Join iCON for the 2024 virtual Chinese Health Forum: “Strengthening Health and Wellness as We Age”

This forum was designed to help patients, their families and caregivers optimize their quality of life by empowering them with knowledge and resources to manage fraility Delivered in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Free to attend.
In this forum participants learned about:
- An overview of frailty, including recognizing risk factors and warning signs of frailty
- Living with frailty – self-management tips on nutrition, mental health and fitness
- Where and how to find help in the community – navigation of medications, accessing services for seniors living at home and in long-term care, etc.
