Liz Heathcote will be presenting “Embedding technology into the mainstream: defining an Innovations Framework for educational technology” which explores an example of how innovations in technology were managed for alignment with the organisation’s goals. This session explores questions such as where innovaton investments are best placed, what governance mechanisms might assist and practical aspects of managing innovation together with legacy technologies through the experience of developing an innovations framework at a large Australian university.
